Verdant routinely identifies, delineates and then ameliorates contaminants and related conditions found on our clients’ properties.  These problems are typically from man-made sources - such as industry, agriculture, mining, transportation and construction.  

Our projects range from industrial process sites, to illegal dumps, vacant land and operating commercial properties.

Although Verdant began as a consultancy; we now commonly render direct contracting, remediation services that control conditions found.  For example, Verdant can directly undertake and complete Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) remediation's, waste disposal projects and underground storage tank-related services.

We are qualified, licensed and experienced in identification and quantity surveys for environmental conditions and contamination in a variety of settings.

We characterize land, buildings and occupant exposures with respect to numerous environmental, health and safety concerns.

We abate, control, reduce or eliminate detrimental environmental conditions, and provide concise documentation of end-point or closure (NFA/RAO).
